Self-pay options

The clinics currently advertise a $80 self-pay evaluation for patients without insurance. This offer may change, and additional services are charged separately.

Additional services such as laceration repairs, X-rays, injections and breathing treatments carry additional fees.

When you call, explain the reason for your visit. Ask what the evaluation fee includes, which tests or procedures may cost extra, and whether the clinic can estimate the total. Your assessment and any recommended services may affect the final cost.

For DOT physicals, call your clinic to confirm the current fee and certified medical examiner availability.
