A walk-in urgent care located on W 8 Mile off of Lasher Road in Detroit, Michigan. Our established medical facility serves the Detroit community by offering quality healthcare that is both convenient and affordable. Woodland Urgent Care of Detroit strives to make healthcare more accessible to the underserved patients in Detroit.

Our experienced medical providers are qualified to diagnose and treat minor injuries and illnesses. Insurance plans from most major companies are accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare.
Our walk-in medical facility is able to diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries. Some of these include STDs, UTIs, rashes, burns, pink eye, back pain, insect bites, gout, COPD, and bronchitis. Additionally, our on-site X-Ray allows us to diagnose and treat fractures and pneumonia. Lastly, our in-house lab allows us to diagnose and treat COVID-19, the flu, strep throat, and RSV.
Woodland Urgent Care is located off Eight Mile & Lasher. Our walk-in medical center is open from 9:00 am-9:00 pm, seven days a week. If you can’t get in with your primary care doctor or do not have a PCP, feel free to visit our medical clinic for all your healthcare needs. Appointments are not required.
Answer: It would start at $80. Anything extra we do for you, such as laceration repairs, X-Rays, injections, breathing treatments, etc, would come with additional fees.
Answer: Yes. We treat kids regardless of age.
Answer: We are open from 9 am-9 pm, seven days a week.
Answer: Yes. We do STI testing here, results take 2-3 days to come back from our lab. We also treat patients with antibiotic injections.
Yes. We accept Medicaid at Woodland Urgent Care. However, we are only able to accept Medicaid plans through the state of Michigan, we do not accept out of state Medicaid.
Answer: Yes. Our DOT physicals are $120. You should call ahead to ensure that a DOT-certified provider is working that day.
Answer: We are a walk-in clinic so no appointments are needed. As long as you are here before 9pm, we will see you. Patients are evaluated and treated on a first-come first-serve basis.
